Client Brief: Understanding the client organisation and the position with regard to its business activities, organisation structure, culture and future growth plans in the truest sense will be crucial.

Screening and Validation: Resumes will be screened and short listed based on the requirements from the client and the short listed candidates will be validated for the opening (face to face/video chats/telephonic) by identifying their specific skills and background, interest on the opportunity, location preferences and other essential information required in hand before submitting to the client.
Delivery & Follow up: Validated resumes will be submitted to the client. Post submission we will follow up with the client as well as candidates for feedbacks and facilitation of the recruitment and selection process. Our process will be an ongoing relationship management throughout the entire cycle and beyond the selection and joining process. We believe cycle time depends on all the parties concerned; client engagement, consultant’s expertise, candidate’s notice period in current organisation. The time taken by the client to explain the mandate and giving timely and appropriate feedback on candidates is very critical to the successful closure of the assignment.
